But all php files

I had similar problem - check if you have enough memory in LSWS for external apps. I have 1GB of ram for opcode cache and therefore set it to 1400M. Anyhow opcode is shared in non-suEXEC environments so it wouldn't useso much ram. In suEXEC mode set memory for xcache to 32 for opcode and 4-8 for var. I doubt that you would request more...

for 503 error, check stderr.log or just run /usr/local/lsws/fcgi-bin/lsphp5 -i, it should give your hint why php not start up.
