We received some reports that litespeed processes were randomly killed by some processes on cPanel server , though you may have checked the web server monitoring (cPanel Service Manager and make sure the Enabled and Monitor boxes are ticked for Apache Web Server).
How to avoid litespeed being killed on a cpanel server?
A new feature was introduced to monitor this since latest build of 5.1.10. A script, /usr/local/lsws/bin/wswatch.sh, is developed to monitor and start lshttpd automatically when needed.
You should upgrade to the latest build of 5.1.10 or later version:
/usr/local/lsws/admin/misc/lsup.sh -f -v
You can get latest version number Here. and then:
cd /usr/local/lsws/bin nohup ./wswatch.sh &
