Plesk and LiteSpeed Extension - WebAdmin not loading and images

#1
Hi there,
Im using the Trial Version of Litespeed and have 2 problems with the Plesk LiteSpeed Extension. All is up to date.

I can not connect to the WebAdmin while clicking on the WebAdmin link (10.19.0.5 is not my Server-IP)/ neither use my correct server IP.

The Images are not loaded (404).

I attached an image of Plesk Admin.

Is there something wrong with my setup?

Would be great if someone could help me!
Big thanks in advance :)!

neither use my correct server IP
please check server's firewall settings, if port 7088 is open to your IP

regarding 404 error, it's an known issue, not your fault though. below is from one of our staff replied in our ticket system:

Please upgrade it to latest Plesk extension.

edit , if not exist , create /usr/local/psa/admin/conf/panel.ini
add content:

[ext-catalog]
extensionUpload = true
download latest extension here

upload it

Hi there,

upload and update worked. Thank you :)!

I have not so much experience. Could you be more specific. How can I open a Port on Centos? What is the best way, because I have a dynamic IP? Do I have to alter the IP if I get a new one?

Big thanks again :).

Hi again,

I opened the port in plesk and now I can access the Web Admin.

But I have another problem now. I set up a new server with trial license and not get the cache running (terminated the old server).

I tried to Force reinstall etc. all with no success:

Why is this happening?

Thank you :).

I did it:
Downloading latest shared code tar file...
Checking tar file md5...
Removing existing shared code directory...
Extracting downloaded shared code...
Removing local shared code tar file...
Updating lscmctl script...
Done!

Same error like before :-/.

Im in contact with LiteSpeed Support but with no success until now. Support asked me if I could replicate the issue.

And the strangest thing is, that this happen with a new DigitalOcean Server too:

  1. DO Marketplace -> Plesk with Centos 7.
  2. Installed all Plesk Obisidian updates. I did NO linux system updates.
  3. I stopped NGINX service.
  4. I installed litespeed extension from plesk marketplace. Installed litespeed with a trial license. Switched it on.
  5. I uploaded new v1.3. Clicked on Cache Root Setup. Set Missing cache roots -> "LSCache is not included in the current LiteSpeed license. Please purchase the LSCache add-on or upgrade to a license type that includes LSCache and try again."
  6. License status is ok.
All the best.
