Php update to 8.3, sticky cache

Hello. The PHP version was updated on the server from 7.4 to 8.3 and wordpress doesn't show updates on categories and front page and new posts.
We tried clearing the cache and also the quic cloud cdn cache with no success.

Can you help us diagnose the problem?

No, but something prevents caching by quic.cloud. Independently from this I can't see what the issue could cause. Do you have cache for private user enabled? If yes, do you check changes as logged in Admin?

Private Cache is OFF
and the cache is sticky logged in as Admin, as editor and visitor also.
I activated quic cloud cdn cache and cleared both. No change.
