@Andy Badwool it's not related to issue of #366659, this web page have 7 no-cache esi module, triggered LSWS server esi limitation, this problem already fixed in LSWS server. it's not relate to lscache plugin.

LiteSpeed Cache is an example of full page cache. I just do some research about VQmod and OC mod, it is not full page cache, it's a patching system to OpenCart. it is not conflict with LiteSpeed Cache and should not cause LiteSpeed Cache crash.

Thanks, I checked the komento component, it is using a plugin to generate comment area html souce code, our current cache plugin version do not support it. I will submit an update tomorrow to support this component tomorrow, thanks for your patient.

You may set ESI Module Type to "none", because sometimes "private" ESI module not work for some 3rd party modules. Thanks.

The komento component should have some module (comment module in this case) have a hidden token field with varied token value for different user. Please try set komento component related module (comment module) to ESI module, then set the ESI Module Type to "private"
