I am changing the server. I will get new server with 16GB ram tonight. I will give access to it if you need.

Do you have any tutorial? In new server, I think, i dont need apache if fresh install of litespeed is possible.

I believe the problem is httpd.conf has no virtualhost.
I think litespeed need virtualhost setup.

How do i manually create virtualhost in litespeed?

it's easy for a fresh lsws install. however, need save the lsphp5 parameters in your current setup. since only 1 site, should be easy to setup lsws.

for some setting you're not sure, refer the pre-created virtual host "Example"

I tried to re-compile php from admin interface.

But i got the following error.

use firebug (http://getfirebug.com/network) to figure out where the slowness resides.

for image not being created, check your server error log (i.e. /usr/local/apache/logs/error_log) to any clue. maybe exec function is disabled in php.ini.
