LQIP service unresponsive, how to change server?

I've been using LiteSpeed for several years, and generally, I am quite happy with the product. I've had problems in recent days; the background process for generating LQIP images has essentially stopped working. I get timeout messages such as "Cloud Error: Please try after 1m 22s for service lqip. ", and all those aborted requests use daily quota slots. The same thing happens when I do a "run queue manually". The current configuration uses server "https://node13.quic.cloud", which seems to be having issues. But when I click on "redetect" in the "[4] Media Settings" tab, it always returns the same server. I'd like to switch to another server to see if the problem goes away, but I don't know where that configuration information is stored. Is it in a file somewhere, or in an SQL table? Are there any other suggestions that I can try to get this LQIP problem sorted out?

After several days of problems, the backlog and errors that I've been having have now been resolved; it would seem that posting here worked. Nonetheless, I'd like to know where the data for the LQIP server is stored so that I can correct it should this problem arise again.
