Hi,

Not need. Because my desktop or desktop customer loading still slow. Response server and website take a long time. I dont know why that. Before i use Trial License 2 CPU is better, very fast. Now i using License 1 CPU and meet some issuse i post before.

P/s: My customer access to website of them and see error again.

cache function is available in 2-CPU and above license.

you can upgrade/downgrade between 1 CPU and 2-CPU anytime:

to see which license is better for your server.

have you recorded traffic history when you switched to litespeed ?

one possibility is after switching to litespeed, your server's traffic has increased much, then the users feels the websites slow again. in this case, you may consider to upgrade your hardware. as I noticed, IOWait is a bit high. if upgrade memory or use SSD, can improve the performance.
