you can't transport 100 people if you have only 5 seats in your car. You understand what the different is?

I not need 100 seats bus if 100 people only one time per month.

Of course you need 100 seats. 8000 items in your shop means you need such high number of seats, but your VPS has only 4 seats. It doesn't matter if visitors visit your shop only once per month. The point is, that you want to warmup the cache and warming up simulates a high rate of visitors.
