Shop page changed after install and setup litespeed

I have already searched through the forums but haven’t found a problem exactly like this yet.
Seeking advice: could someone please help me out? After installing LiteSpeed on my website visitchinavisa.com, the shop page and product pages have changed—the width shop page has shrunk, and the text is overlapping. when i deactivate LiteSpeed, the problem solved, Could you let me know where on Litespeed I should adjust the settings to fix this issue? Thank you!

i only use litespeed when i had this problem, you may found now i have other plugins, because i can not solve the problem, then i just deactivated litespeed 30 minutes before and try with other plugins , see if there will be had same problem.
i am not well technical , i tried select and unselect some options , not all of them, still i dont know which part related to this problem, so if you are availabel, really hope you can help to check where i should modify, as till now, i tried other plugins, but no one give the better result compare with litespeed, thanks
