your LSWS 4.0.19 has been updated to latest build, the symoblic link error caused by mod_security rule is gone now.

Also, your server has been hitting ip_conntrack limit, check "dmesg" output.

We have checked & found that there is no problem with ipconntrack limit, its still available to create new sessions.

root@*** [~]# sysctl net.ipv4.netfilter.ip_conntrack_max (assigned limit)
net.ipv4.netfilter.ip_conntrack_max = 65536

root@*** [~]# wc -l /proc/net/ip_conntrack (used)
31193 /proc/net/ip_conntrack
