What Are the Differences Between the Standard and Enterprise Editions?
They are both based on the same LiteSpeed Network Core. While Standard Edition does feature LiteSpeed's signature speed and small overhead, it has limited features. Most notably, Standard Edition has a limit of five virtual hosts and 150 concurrent connections and cannot be scaled to use multiple processors. Enterprise Edition, on the other hand, is fine-tuned for optimal performance and security and can be scaled to make full use of multi-core servers. Though Standard Edition is fine for many small sites, web hosts and larger sites will demand Enterprise Edition's combination of speed, flexibility, and safety.
