    Interworx plugin

Hi all, Just wanted to keep you updated on this. We've been in touch with Interworx, but the project will not be moving forward just yet. The developer that would be taking the lead on this is currently very busy on another integration we are working on. (I can't disclose what kind of...

    LSWS 4.2.19 Released

We're happy to announce the release of LiteSpeed Web Server 4.2.19. This newest version introduces two new features to help improve performance in servers with high I/O wait: Asynchronous logging. Starting external processes asynchronously through the CGI daemon. 4.2.19 also adds expanded...

FastCGI .fcgi Internal server error Django documentation incomplete

Also, if the python command above is not working, then something is wrong with your Python backend setup. Running it from the command line has nothing to do with the web server. Michael

FastCGI .fcgi Internal server error Django documentation incomplete

Just to clarify: This is working on this server when you switch to Apache (on this server) or it is working on another server that is running Apache? Michael

    mod_pagespeed porting to litespeed?

Howdy, It will still probably be a while. We've made a lot of progress towards getting LSWS 5.0 stable, but even after 5.0 is officially released, PageSpeed support was only just released for OpenLiteSpeed and is still being improved on. Cheers, Michael

FastCGI .fcgi Internal server error Django documentation incomplete

Hello, Have you tested this setup with Apache (and mod_wsgi)? It sounds like it is not an issue with LSWS, but rather an issue with the Django setup. Cheers, Michael

    suhosin

Hello Luis, Sorry, but we do not have any official guides on configuring suhosin. You may want to search our forum if you have any particular issues with suhosin and LSWS, as they may have been answered in the forum before. Cheers, Michael

    Interworx plugin

Howdy LC, We just set up the environment at the end of last week. The person in charge of plugins, though, is pretty deep in another project. Once they have time, they'll start investigating and we'll be able to make a decision. Michael

    LS 5.0 & Turpentine ?

We believe so, and we will be doing benchmarks to try to prove it. We were planning on doing that testing in concert with Nexcess, but we may have to do so on our own. Michael

    Litespeed cache and CS cart

Sorry for the delayed response. Been lots of travel for me recently. CS-Cart can certainly be used with LSCache, but, yes, you will see some of the issues that you have with Magento. We don't currently have a template for using LSCache with CS-Cart. And, unfortunately, I don't anticipate one...

    LS 5.0 & Turpentine ?

This is still being worked on, though we're not sure what form the final product will take. We are looking into adding functionality to Turpentine to allow it to take advantage of LSCache's more complete ESI support. We did have some communication with Nexcess earlier, but they have not tried...

Directadmin suexec home directory? Whats this?

Hello Peter, Selecting "Run under home directory" scripts outside a user's home directory will not runs as the vhost user but as the global user/group. This can be beneficial if you have scripts outside the user's home directory that are not owned by the vhost user and need to be run by the web...

    Interworx plugin

Thanks for the test! Getting a developer to fix that now. If we want to talk about this more, though, let's move it to another thread. (I assume you don't, but if you do...) Thanks again. Cheers, Michael

    [Resolved] Replacing a licence

Well, it was added to make it easier for people to set up LSWS with multiple versions of PHP (we were providing external application that people could use for another version of PHP), but it may just be confusing people. We may consider removing it in future versions. Michael

    Interworx plugin

Understood. I think the repository suggestion was speaking more to the issue of it being a "pain to compile PHP". As you've pointed out, though, it doesn't solve the matching PHP part of that issue. (I would be interested to see, though, if this command from our newly updated repository...

    Interworx plugin

Understood. We'll be looking into it soon. A lot is going to depend on how time-consuming it looks like it's going to be. I'll keep y'all updated no matter what. Cheers, Michael
